Harbor View Place is an affordable housing development made up of 120 apartments that are available to low-income families. It is the first completed development in the New Dana Strand Revitalization in the Wilmington neighborhood of Los Angeles.

Once a severely distressed post-war public housing project encompassing 22 acres and plagued with crime and gang issues, the new plan creates a mixed income, mixed finance development of apartments, townhomes and for-sale, single family homes for more than 300 families. Forty percent of the apartments and townhomes are committed as homes for extremely low-income families that had been residing in public housing. In addition to homes, the development includes community rooms, computer labs, a Lifelong Learning Center and resident services.
